Nikki Bull believes that Aldershot can again push for promotion.

The ‘keeper, who was part of the side that gained promotion to League Two from the Blue Square Premier last season, thinks Aldershot can creep into the play-off places: ‘The play-offs are our aim but I’d even go as far to look at how far off the automatic places we are,’ Bull told BBC Southern Counties Radio. ‘There are a few sides in this division under pressure to go up. We are not.

‘The gaffer’s been telling us that from day one. It is not impossible because it does happen.

‘When you’ve got momentum and ride the crest of that wave, funny things happen.’

Aldershot are currently just outside of the play-off places in League Two.

Do you think that Aldershot can gain promotion to League One?
