Despite playing for more than 45 minutes with 10-men Aldershot picked up a win at Oxford at the weekend.

With half time approaching, and the scores level at 0-0, Aldershot had Vincent (43) sent off for a second bookable offence.

Oxford were unable to make the most of their numerical and M Morgan (58) scored what proved to be the winning goal just before the hour mark.
