On loan striker Paul McCallum has said he will be focusing on doing his job for Aldershot when he faces former club AFC Wimbledon this weekend.

19 year old McCallum scored four goals in nine games when on loan at Wimbledon earlier in the season, and whilst he says he’s looking forward to meeting up with old friends, he knows he has a job to do for us irrespective of what that could mean for them.

Speaking to the BBC he said.

‘If we beat them and they have a bad spell they could get relegated. It’s not nice but it’s a professional sport and I have to crack on. I have been getting some tweets from Wimbledon fans saying I should take the day off, but I’m at Aldershot now so I have to try and get three points for them.’
