Danny Hylton has pulled few punches in his critique of our current form, saying only the players are to blame for the position we find ourselves in.

Speaking to the Official Site the 23 year old said.

‘Every one of us, as players, need to start looking at ourselves and asking ‘are we doing enough?’. At the minute you look around the squad – and this isn’t a personal hit – we aren’t doing enough as a team. The table doesn’t lie, we are down there for a reason. We need to stop talking about it and need to start pulling our fingers out.’

Hylton adds that the squad aren’t happy and they know they shouldn’t be down there like we are, but nobody could blame Dean Holdsworth if he dropped the whole squad. The players simply have to perform as they all know they can, because there is no hiding place, and there is no scapegoat once they cross the line and the whistle goes.
