Howell Makes Come Back In Hampshire Cup Win

Midfielder Dean Howell played the full 90 minutes of Aldershot Town reserves’ 1-0 Hampshire Cup win at Cove on Tuesday evening.

Howell has been out for months with an injury, but came through the Hampshire Cup tie, with the winning goal coming from his corner.

Dave Winfield and Bobby Hopkinson also featured in a tie that was settled by an Adam Mekki strike in extra time.

Aldershot are away at Farnborough in the quater final.
