The BBC’s new regional Football League show kicks off tonight, with Aldershot being shown on BBC South, West and South West.

It’s just a shame that the town of Aldershot and the surrounding areas pick up BBC London, so we will have to make do with Millwall, QPR, Palace, Orient etc. I’m sure viewing figures in North Hampshire will be sky high.

The BBC are constantly coming under criticism in football circles, with their website constantly full of mistakes, but surely they must know what town picks up what region? And even if they’re not sure, why not put Aldershot on both, as they’ve done with Wycombe Wanderers?

Absolute madness and makes the show a total waste of time, unless you’re a Shots fan in the West Country.
