Aldershot Town striker Wesley Ngo Baheng is determined to help the club claim a win in Saturday’s League Two home clash with Bradford City.

Baheng, who has signed for the club on a short-term deal until January, made his debut in last Saturday’s 2-0 FA Cup defeat to non-league Dover Athletic.

With Aldershot returning to league action this weekend, Baheng is keen to make amends for that loss and help the Shots claim back-to-back league wins for the first time this season.

‘We all want to apologise and show them we can get back, so the best way we can do that is at the game on Saturday,’ Baheng told Town’s official website.

‘But hopefully on Saturday we’ll get a win to make sure we keep going in the league because we’re only six points off the play-offs.

‘We don’t want to look backwards, we want to look forwards and make sure the fans can forgive us.’
