Aldershot struck in injury-time to secure a 1-1 draw, and preserve a yearlong unbeaten home record, and an FA Cup 1st round replay at Rotherham.

Pablo Mills went close for Rotherham before Anthony Charles denied by the bar to prevent giving Aldershot the lead, but it was the guests that went ahead shortly after the half time interval through Michael Cummins (54). With the hosts looking like bowing out of this seasons competition at the first hurdle John Grant (90) held his nerve at the death to convert from the spot.
